Blandy’s 10 year old Sercial is fined and does not require decanting. It is excellent as an aperitif but is also exceedingly good with starters, fish dishes and Indian cuisine.
It has been bottled when ready for drinking and will keep for several months after opening.
Richly spiced, with orange pekoe tea notes to the caramelized apple, pear and dried fig flavors. Chocolate and spice accents show on the luscious finish. Drink now through 2025. 350 cases imported. Kim Marcus, 2/28/2015.
