Maestro Dobel - Dobel 50 - Cristalino Tequila Extra Anejo (750ml)

 Maestro Dobel Tequila’s ‘Diamante’ was the very first Cristalino style—that is, an añejo or extra añejo spirit that’s filtered to remove color and oak bitterness, thus yielding a brilliantly clear, smooth spirit that offers up spice and amplified complexity from extended oak aging. 

 With the launch of Dobel 50™ we celebrate the 50th anniversary of our founder, Juan Dobel. Aged in American and Eastern European oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years, then finished in sherry casks. On the nose, a compelling marriage of caramel, honey, cooked agave and dried fruit…the voluminous, rich taste of Dobel 50™ fills the palate with a silky mouth-feel. Notes of fig, quince, date, pineapple and pumpkin, together with hints of cinnamon, vanilla and clove, emerge with each sip ultimately giving way to a long and pleasant finish. The final filtration process also eliminates color, resulting in a perfectly clear, rule-defying Cristalino Extra Añejo.
