Sharp and spicy on the nose, with slowly emerging notes of grape jelly, wild strawberries, earthiness, oak, and new leather. Jammy and fruity on a palate that is lightly spiced and offers cinnamon-covered baked apples, gingersnaps, brown sugar, coffee, and cracked pepper.
