Clear color. Aromas and flavors of meyer lemon soufflé, anise coriander candy, figs and fruit leather with floral water, and tonka bean with a velvety, vibrant, fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, compelling, long finish with nuances of earl gray tea with cream and honey, moroccan orange spice cake with creme, floral talc, and hint of fruit stripe gum. A delicate yet deep gin with a fine array of lingering, ethereal botanicals.

There's a subtle, herbal scent, with anise flavors up front, backed by coriander seed and cassia bark on the spicy finish.
