Widow Jane - Lucky Thirteen 13 Year Old (750ml)

The Widow Jane’s 13-year-old bourbon “Lucky Thirteen” will now a core member of its range of year-round offerings.

The Widow Jane Distillery ages sourced Idiana MGP straight whiskey for 13 years in American oak barrels. The whiskey for the “Lucky Thirteen” is then hand-picked by Widow Jane President and Head Distiller Lisa Wicker. The bourbon is proofed with limestone-rich water from the Rosendale Mines of New York and not Chill Filtered before bottling.

Prior bottlings have ranged 89-91 points from the Whisky Advocate.

The whiskey aging process is influenced by time & place. Aren’t we lucky. These barrels have all been influenced by the greatly varying temperatures & humidity levels of their original source and their time in our rick house in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick house positions combined with climate variations have led to subtle deviations in flavor, all coming together in a hyper small batches, little more than a handful of barrels at a time.

Aged for a minimum of thirteen years, non-chill filtered & proofed with our own limestone mineral water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, Lucky Thirteen is always a way to share good fortune.
