Slivery straw color. Aromas and flavors of coconut cream, chamomile tea with honeycomb, caramel candies, and spiced apples with a supple, crisp, dryish light body and a smooth, breezy finish displaying notes of french lavender and shortbread finish. A mildly flavored vodka to add weight and texture to cocktails.

Delicious neat and over ice, Zubrowka is also sensational with traditional pressed apple juice, know in Poland as Tatanka. The sweetness and acidic kick of the apple juice perfectly complement the natural herbaceous and soft almond-like vanilla scents of the bison grass, creating a complex drink with a taste of apple pie.
