As with Altaneve's other wines, Altaneve's Prosecco DOC is produced in the foothills of the Italian Dolomite Mountains, in the small town of Valdobbiadene, Italy. This wine is the baby brother of their other Proseccos with a "Treviso DOC," meaning that the vineyards are all located in the province of Treviso, Italy, surrounding Valdobbiadene (their home base).
A blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot
Tasting notes:
Light, crisp and dry with a fine, velvety bubble and fruity notes of peach, pear and apple. Pairs perfectly with fish, poultry, cured meats, cheeses and vegetables.
