Big tropical flavors roll out of the glass. Pineapple, cantaloupe and white peach are balanced by notes of lemon/lime notes and hints of lychee fruit. A smooth entry to the wine leads the way to flavors of Bartlett pear, orange, honeydew and lemon zest. A very well balanced wine with moderate acidity and a nice creamy texture. This is very aromatic Sauvignon Blanc, due to our choice of the Musque clone.
A stainless-steel fermented and aged white, this is steely and citrus-driven in grapefruit, Meyer lemon and melon. Sleek and crisp, it continues the brightness theme in a finishing touch of tangerine. Virginie Boone, 12/31/2020.
