Inspired by the classic London dry gins that use a maceration process and a simple botanical blend this gin is made by steeping only 5 botanicals (juniper, coriander, lemon verbena, orris root, and bitter orange) in neutral corn spirit for 24 hours. It is then distilled once again and bottled at 94 proof.
The result is a Juniper forward gin with a complementary floral, earthy and citrus notes from Coriander seeds, Lemon Verbena leaves, Orris Root, and bitter orange peels. The finish is clean and with lingering soft citrus notes.
