Do Good Spirits - formally known as Prohibition Distillery - Bootlegger New York Craft Straight Bourbon (750ml)

This Bourbon from New York is made from New York state grown corn (about 75%), rye and malted barley. The mash is pot distilled and aged in new charred toasted oak barrels that vary between 5 and 30 gallons. When ready, the whiskey is  not chill filtered, the barrels are poured through cotton mesh to capture any particles of charcoal from the barrel, cut with water and bottled at 92 proof.
