Domaine des Pasquiers is run by the two brothers, Jean Claude and Philippe Lambert and was established in 1935 by their grandfather. The brothers have been joined by Philippe’s son Mathieu. The Domaine cultivates 90 hectares of vineyards across several appellations: 40ha of Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu, 25 ha of Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet; 25 ha of Côtes du Rhône & IGP and 1ha of Gigondas (1,1).
Jean Claude and Philippe took over from their father in 1999 when all the fermented wine was sold to negociants. They started to bottle their own wine in 2002 and have steadily increased in the amount of wine matured and bottled at the Domaine such that less than half the production is now sold to negociants.
The vineyards were certified Organic in 2013.
