Practicing organic
I got to try this at a wine tasting. This Pinot Noir is more Burgundy than Loire valley in body, depth and concentration. One of my favorite wines of the tasting. Gary Johanning Manager.
From a high altitude vineyard of only 2.5 acres from vines with an age of more than 50 years. The grapes are de-stemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in 40% large older barrel, 60% stainless steel
