The Sancerre ‘Beauroy’ is selected from parcels that cut right through the center of the estate creating a dynamic and beautifully round expression of Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre. It is well balanced and textured with medium acidity, medium body, and excellent structure. The appealing palate shows off typical flavors of green apple, pear, mineral, lemon, lime zest,white flowers, and light peach. The finish turns slightly softer and creamy.
The Reverdy-Ducroux domaine is situated in the village of Verdigny. Its vineyard stretches over different plots across 7 villages at the heart of the Sancerre vineyards.
The history of the Reverdy-Ducroux domaine dates back to the 16th century. Passed down through 14 generations from fathers to sons, in keeping with tradition, the domaine has been widely developed; today it has 50 plots spread across the best terroirs in the Sancerre region.
