Finca Bacara is a Spanish winery located southeastern Spain in Murcia in the region of Jumilla. Its lands are located on fertile soils. The favorable climate of the region with an average annual temperature of 61° promotes uniform ripening of berries. The wineries vineyards are located at an altitude of about 1000 feet above sea level. The farm aims to grow crops with minimal impact on the soil, so many wines are organic such as this Monastrell.
The white and red wines offered by the company differ not only in their bright taste, but also in the unusual design of labels on bottles. They are designed by well-known creative designers.
This wine has a complete black label under the room temperature. With the help of the special ink material, the ultimate hidden secret will only be revealed when it is exposed to a heat source (lighter or etc). It is not necessary to apply excessive heat on the wine label, hence it is not going to alter the temperature of wine. The wine will return to its original state when the temperature goes down, with the ultimate label hidden again.
Full on cherry garnet colour with purple edging. Great structure, on the nose, high aromatic intensity with an excellent fruity expression. A great compendium of aromas that require time in the glass. Very ripe black fruit, fine and delicate spices, subtle roasted and smoked, and elegant balsamic and mineral notes. Excellent entry in the mouth with creamy sensations a sweet and refined texture. Powerful wine and fleshy with enveloping silky, polished and balanced tannins. The weight of the fruit dominates on a lightly toasted background. Persistent, with a long finish full of elegance and complexity.
