Winemaker's Notes:
A refined, yet wholly classic Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough. Densely aromatic, with lush notes of passionfruit, tropical fruits and dried herbs. The palate is vibrant and balanced, yet dry with ripe sherbet-like acidity giving great length.
100% organically grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes; alcohol: 12.5%; vineyards in Omaka Valley, Wairau Valley and Waihopai Valley; mixed alluvial soils combined with clay; harvested in March & April; settled for 72 hours; long, cool fermentation in stainless steel; aged on lees for short period; filtered before bottling.
Certified Organic by Bio-Gro NZ; vegan and vegetarian friendly.
Meaning ‘offspring’ in Maori, MOMO sprung from Seresin Estate in Marlborough. Now grown up with its own identity and personality, MOMO is youthful, urbane and well travelled, with an easy charm.
