Our Sauvignon Blanc is a light, bright, fruit-forward wine with tropical notes and subtle green hints mingling in the most delicious way.
It is a blend of fruit grown in sunny Napa and cooler sites in Sonoma, resulting in a wine that is distinctive and delightful.
Drink it chilled with fresh oysters (add a bit to the mignonette), pesto chicken pasta, grilled whitefish, and more. Of course, you could always enjoy it our favorite way- simply on its own!
Fresh Fuji apple, pear and nectarine flavors are mouthwatering and juicy at the core of this white, but there are pretty accents for complexity and length, including a drizzle of wildflower honey, lemon curd, lemon verbena and fresh-grated ginger.
