A fresh sour cherry, orange blossom and broom enhance the aromatic complexity of this Sangiovese vinified in white, while hints of quince linger in the background. Rich on the palate and on its minerality, pleasantly fresh, harmonic and slightly savory, it leads to a distinctly floral mouthfeel.
This Sangiovese Bianco from Tuscany is, so far, a one-of-a-kind white wine. From younger vines, the Sangiovese grapes are immediately pressed of the skins. Fermentation take place in stainless steel and then the wine rested there for another 6 months. The fresh and easy-drinking result is not only fantastic, clean, and zippy, but also a unique experience.
